      Jenway 6715

      The Jenway 6715 is an UV-Vis spectrophotometer ideal for life science applications and general spectroscopy applications.

      Jenway 6715 UV-Vis Spectrophotometer

      The Jenway 6715 UV-Vis spectrophotometer is ideal for life science  applications and general spectroscopy applications such as: quantitation, kinetics, spectrum scanning, photometrics and  multi-wavelength analysis. In addition, post-measurement tools can be used to ensure that results are presented exactly to each user's requirements.

      Features of the Jenway 6715 UV/Vis include:

      Pulsed xenon light source

      • The Jenway 6705 UV-Vis spectrophotometer features a pulsed xenon light source enabling the users to measure within both the UV and Vis regions (from 190 nm to  1100 nm).

      Optional accessories

        • The Jenway 6705 UV-Vis is compatible with a broad range of optional accessories that can be used in order to personalize the instrument. 

        Easy operation and data transfer

        • The Jenway 6715 UV-Vis features a colour touchscreen making the instrument easy to operate. In addition, easy data transfer is possible by using SD/USB memory cards.

        Jenway 6715 with pulsed xenon light source 

        The Jenway 6715 UV-Vis allows the users to measure from 190 to 1100 nm, as the  spectrophotometer features a pulsed xenon light source extending the wavelength range to the UV region. In addition, the Jenway 6715 provides an ultra narrow bandwidth of 1.5 nm.

        Jenway 6715 with optional accessories 

        The Jenway 6715 UV-Vis is compatible with micro-cuvettes enabling the users to determine nucleid acid and protein concentrations in very small sample volumes. 

        In addition, a number of optional accessories are available, for example: automated eight and water heated six-position cell holders. The instrument recognizes each accessory compartment and automatically adjusts operation parameters.

        Jenway 6715 UV-Vis with easy operation and data transfer

        The Jenway 6715 UV-Vis features an intuitive touch-screen LCD displays results and prompts the users through programmed operations, making the spectrophotometer easy to operate. 

        In addition, the users can store and transfer data with SD/USB memory cards.

        Jenway 6715 compared to other instruments

        Even though the Jenway 6715 UV-Vis maintains some features of older Jenway instruments, it is still a major upgrade from previous models. The Jenway 6715 UV-Vis features a wider wavelength range than the Jenway 6700 Vis. 

        The Jenway 6715 UV-Vis is not only an upgrade from previous Jenway instruments, as it also beats its competitors on several parameters. The Jenway 6715 UV-Vis features a better wavelength accuracy than both Analytik Jena Spekol 1500 UV-Vis and Mapada Instruments UV-1200.
